Like many historic sites across America Prospect Place offers fee-based Ghost Hunts. The proceeds of these investigations go directly to the G. W. Adams Educational Center an IRS designated 501(C)(3) public charity organization. Our Paranormal Advisory staff feel that Prospect Place rivals some of America's most haunted locations and is one of the most haunted houses in this country. Meet our Paranormal Advisory staff - click here.
Prospect Place mansion is one of the most haunted homes in Ohio. With 150 years of paranormal history including sightings and strange activity this Dickensian mansion stands forebodingly in the rural Ohio countryside. We offer a complete paranormal experience for those willing - spend the night, sleep in one of our meticulously restored guestrooms and expect to be surprised by the more permanent residents (some of whom have been here for a very long time).
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY
Find out what forces abound at the estate, nature, elementals and lines of force. Discover things about yourself as well using the high paranormal energy abundant at this place. Look for physical evidence of the other world and it's inhabitants. Photos and EVPs (Electronic Voice Phenomena) will provide proof of the long term residents of Prospect Place that have never left. Trapped in the nether world between life and their ultimate fate are persons who have left things unresolved at the mansion. Perhaps you will get to hear the voice of Constance Cox who died young in an accident on the balcony, or take a photo or video of Anna Adams who still longs for her missing husband, William.
