PLEASE READ before scheduling:
Some electricity is available at the estate but no phones are provided. It is recommended groups bring cell phones for communication needs. The hunt at Prospect is no longer a "structured" event with tour guide, etc., except during special events. Guides are available on request but we must know that you wish a guide in advance. Otherwise we will provide a detailed history of the house and the haunting via a DVD. There will be a player and TV in the "Ladies Parlour" on which to view our DVD tour.
All persons wishing to attend a ghost hunt at Prospect Place must be over the age of 18 years, no exceptions!
In 2010 the G. W. Adams Educational Center will not have contracted events with "event promoters." All ghost hunts must be scheduled and paid through us not an outside agency. Any other organization or website claiming to sell tickets/reservations for Prospect Place events or ghost hunts is not legitimate and reservations made through them will not be honored. This is the official and only site for Prospect Place events, tours, ghost investigations and donations.
All ghost hunting donations are due in full not more than 4 weeks from the time of scheduling (effective 1 January 2010). If you need more time to make payment let us know and we will quote a deposit amount which will allow you to schedule and pay at a later time. However, deposits will be IN ADDITION to the per person fees listed.

Like many historic sites across America Prospect Place offers donation-based Ghost Hunts. The proceeds of these investigations go directly to the G. W. Adams Educational Center an IRS designated 501(C)(3) public charity organization. Our Paranormal Advisory staff feel that Prospect Place rivals some of America's most haunted locations and is one of the most haunted houses in this nation.
To be certain Prospect Place mansion is one of the most haunted homes in Ohio. With 150 years of paranormal history including sightings and strange activity this Dickensian mansion stands forebodingly in the rural Ohio countryside. We offer a complete paranormal experience for those willing - spend the night and expect to be surprised by the more permanent residents (some of whom have been here for a very long time).
WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE DRUG AND ALCOHOL POLICY

Our patron and former CEO Felix Spector passed away on 5 December 2007 at the age of 90 years from complications of pneumonia. His was an inspiration to all who knew him and we will mourn his passing. Without Felix the mansion would not have been saved. Thank you for everything Felix. We love you. The Adams Center Staff.
